My Dad & I talked & he thought that being in the mortgage business would be good as he felt that as long as we were in a capitalist society, people were going to want to borrow money, and someone had to decide who got it & who didn’t. Keep in mind this was in 1976. No automation, no credit scores ––you even took the credit bureau down by hand.

Today, OAMP & NAMB have helped give me a better life & I want to give others that opportunities. I want to help everyone in our industry help people achieve the American Dream of Homeownership & that ain’t bad.
